A Symposium on “STIs in India: Towards Innovating Futures” was conducted in hybrid mode on 27th February 2024, organized by the DST Centre for Policy Research, University of Hyderabadat Room No: G-9, Zakir Hussain Lecture Hall Complex, University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad. Professor C. Raghava Reddy, Co-Principal Investigator, CPR-UoH, DST, was the convenor of this event.
The symposium focused on the STI ecosystem in formal institutions, addressing the challenges faced by academic and research institutions in mainstreaming innovations. Additionally, the discussions explored grassroots innovations emerging from non-formal sources, highlighting the need for inclusive and sustainable innovation ecosystems in India.
